A: The logo on your website doesn't contain enough pixel information (dpi resolution), as well as being in a color raster format. As a rule of thumb, web picture have lower resolution for faster downloads and access. For a sharp image we need to have a high resolution picture.

A: Since engraving is essentially a line art, a three-color logo by definition won't work. There is always a way to make a logo like this into an engraving. In some instances this can be dealt with by changing the logo to a "gray-scale" format.
